What is Atozium?
Atozium (also called Atoz) is Pixfar's consent-first device management platform. Organizations can enroll authorized devices, monitor fleet status, start owner-visible screen sessions, transfer files, and use controls that require the device's permissions.
Which devices does Atozium support?
Atozium supports Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows, macOS on Apple silicon and Intel, and 64-bit Debian/Ubuntu Linux. Available capabilities vary by operating system.
How do I enroll a device?
Create a one-time enrollment code in the Atozium dashboard, install the agent for the device's operating system, and enter the code. See the official installation guides on the download page.
Can administrators access a device without the owner's knowledge?
No. The agent shows when it is connected, and screen-sharing sessions use platform-required permissions and visible indicators. Atozium is for devices you own or are authorized to manage; covert monitoring is prohibited.
How does Atozium work on iPhone and iPad?
The device owner starts each screen broadcast using iOS's system broadcast controls. Remote control is unavailable on iPhone and iPad.
Can I remotely control every enrolled device?
No. Remote control depends on operating-system support, the required owner-enabled permissions, and your plan. It is not available on iPhone or iPad.
Can I transfer files to and from managed devices?
Atozium supports file transfer between the browser, cloud storage, and supported enrolled devices. Available transfer options depend on the device platform and your plan.
Which plan do I need?
Plan requirements depend on the platform and capabilities you need. Check the current plan comparison on the pricing page for availability and limits.
Can multiple people manage the same fleet?
Yes. Organizations can assign roles such as owner, admin, device manager, and viewer, with permissions suited to each role. Multi-factor authentication and audit records help protect and track access.
