Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-10-07. These documents describe how Atozium works. A mandatory law in your country still applies if it gives someone a right this document cannot remove.

1.Agreement

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Pixfar, the operator of Atozium (“we”, “us”). They cover the website, the dashboard, the API, billing, and the Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux agents.

By creating an account, paying for a plan, creating an enrollment code, or installing an agent, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Atozium for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not install the agent.

2.The service

Atozium lets an organization enroll devices it owns or is allowed to manage, and then use the features included in its plan. Those features can include device status, messages, ring, shared files, location when the device holder has allowed it, screen viewing, and remote control where the operating system allows it.

What you can do depends on the plan, the role of the person signed in, the operating system, and the permissions the device holder has turned on. A feature that is missing, disabled, or refused by the device is not a defect we are required to work around.

Screen sharing keeps a visible notice on the device for the whole session. On iPhone and iPad the device holder must tap Start Broadcast, and iOS shows its own recording indicator. Remote control is not available on iOS. Safety Audio is not available on the desktop agent. We do not provide camera access, call audio, SMS, contacts, keylogging, password or PIN extraction, or a way to bypass the lock screen.

3.Who may open an account

The person who creates an account must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live if that age is higher. Organization accounts are for adults and for businesses.

A parent or legal guardian may enroll a child’s device only when they have the legal authority to do so, the child is told that the device is managed, and the on-device notices stay visible. Covert monitoring of a child, a partner, an employee, or anyone else is forbidden by the Acceptable Use Policy.

4.Your authority over each device

You may enroll a device only if you own it, or you have a lawful right to manage it and the device holder has been told, in a way that meets the law where that person lives and works.

You are responsible for that decision. Before you enroll a device, confirm the legal basis. Examples that can be lawful, when the required notice and consent exist, are a company-owned phone issued to staff, a kiosk you operate, a family device the adult owner manages with the user’s knowledge, and a computer the signed-in user enrolled.

Employment, school, tenancy, family, and telecommunications laws often require notice, a policy, or consent before monitoring. Those duties are yours. Atozium does not decide whether your use is lawful, and enrolling a device does not make an unlawful use lawful.

You must not tell a device holder that monitoring is narrower than the permissions they have granted. If you turn on screen viewing, remote control, notification mirroring, location, files, or Safety Audio, the people affected must be informed of those capabilities.

5.Device holders

The person who uses an enrolled device can see that Atozium is installed. A notification stays visible while the device is enrolled on Android, and a notification stays visible whenever a screen is being viewed. The device holder can disconnect the device. Disconnecting stops management of that device.

We will not help you hide the app, its icon, its notification, the screen-sharing notice, or the iOS recording indicator. We will not help you bypass an operating-system permission prompt.

A person who finds Atozium on a device they use and did not agree to can write to [email protected]. We may suspend the organization, revoke the device, and preserve records needed to answer a lawful request.

6.Accounts, organizations, and security

You must give accurate account information and keep your password, sign-in codes, and enrollment codes confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you close the session or we are notified that the credentials are compromised.

Organization owners assign roles. A role can limit who may add devices, run commands, view screens, or read the audit log. You are responsible for who you invite and which role you give them.

Where the plan or the organization requires multi-factor authentication, that requirement is part of the service. Do not share one-time codes or recovery methods.

Enrollment codes are secrets. Each code is meant to add a device you intend to manage. Do not publish a code, and revoke a device you no longer have authority to manage.

7.Plans, trials, and billing

Free and paid plans, device limits, and feature flags are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard. We may change a plan’s features for future billing periods. The change does not remove data you already stored.

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. Cancellation keeps the paid plan until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund a partly used period except where the law requires a refund.

Prices may be shown in US dollars or, for customers paying from Bangladesh, in taka through the payment method offered at checkout. Taxes or charges added by your bank, card network, or local payment provider are yours to pay.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Bangladesh checkout may be processed by EPS. Those providers receive the billing details needed to take payment. We do not store full card numbers on Atozium servers.

A trial, when offered, is limited to one trial of that plan for that customer. When the trial ends, the paid plan begins unless you cancel before the trial ends.

If a payment fails, the subscription becomes past due and can enter a grace period. During that time we may block new devices, new users, and uploads, and we may limit paid features. If payment is not recovered, the organization returns to Free plan limits. We do not delete your files, devices, or audit history because a payment failed. Items above the Free limits remain stored, and you cannot add more until you are within the limit or you pay again.

8.Your content

You keep your rights in files you upload and in material that appears on a managed device. You give us a limited permission to host, transmit, and display that material only so we can provide the service to your organization, secure it, and meet law.

Screen images and Safety Audio are transmitted for the live session. Atozium is built not to record or store those frames or that audio. You must not use a session to commit fraud, to take payment-card data, or to capture a person’s credentials.

You are responsible for the files you place in Atozium and for whether you have the right to transfer them. Do not upload material you do not have a right to store.

9.Our software

Atozium, the agents, the site, and the documentation are owned by Pixfar or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while these terms are in force and your organization is within its plan.

You may not copy the service to build a competing product, resell access except under a written agreement with us, or modify an agent to remove notices, hide the app, add covert collection, or bypass plan limits.

Desktop installers may be unsigned. macOS and Windows can warn you before they open. You install them at your own decision. Signing status does not change your duty to enroll only devices you may manage.

10.Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Device features depend on the phone or computer, its operating system, network, battery, and the permissions the device holder granted. A manufacturer can block Accessibility, screen capture, or background running.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw a feature that creates a security or legal risk, including a feature a platform owner tells us we must change.

11.Suspension and ending the contract

You may stop using Atozium at any time. An owner can delete an organization by confirming its URL slug. Devices are revoked when deletion starts. Account deletion and organization deletion then wait out a grace period, currently 14 days, during which the request can be cancelled. After that, the data described in the Privacy Policy is deleted.

We may suspend or close an organization that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that we reasonably believe is being used for covert surveillance, or that creates a security risk. Where we can do so without adding to the harm, we will tell the owner the reason and whether the suspension can be cured.

If we close an organization for covert monitoring, we may keep the records needed to respond to the device holder, a platform, or a lawful authority, and we may revoke every device in that organization.

12.Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that a screen session, remote-control action, location fix, or file transfer will succeed on every device, or that using Atozium will by itself satisfy employment, privacy, or telecommunications law in your country. You must get your own advice for that.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that the law says we cannot exclude.

13.Liability

To the extent the law allows, Pixfar and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, even if we were told they were possible.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for Atozium in that period. If you use only the Free plan, that cap is zero except where a law forbids a zero cap.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-waivable consumer right.

You will indemnify Pixfar and its staff against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your lack of authority to manage a device, from monitoring you were not allowed to do, from content you upload, or from your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by our fraud or willful misconduct.

14.Privacy and data protection

The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it. For personal data about your account, Pixfar is the controller. For personal data about device holders that your organization asks us to process, your organization is the controller and Pixfar is the processor. You must have a lawful basis for that processing and you must give device holders the notice their law requires.

You must not use Atozium to process special-category data, such as health information visible on a screen, unless you have the legal basis and the notices required where that person lives.

15.Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to Pixfar, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer, employment, or data-protection law of the country where you live applies and cannot be overridden.

Courts of the place where Pixfar has its principal business may hear a dispute, except where a mandatory law gives you the right to sue in your home courts.

If a court holds one part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will post the new date on this page and, where we have your email, tell the account owner. If you keep using Atozium after the update takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete the organization before the update takes effect.
